Returning a positive answer to the director of the Samsun International Folk Dance Festival, Ibe Palikuqi accepted to participate in the festival three times in a row, in 2006, only this time,

Ibe Palikuqi reached a higher rank, scoring the First place of the festival and triumphing righteously. In 2007, Ibe Palikuqi was invited again, only this time, not as a part of the competition.
